Can NOT be 100% cotton or your image will wash right out and disappearYou will need a heat source enjoy commercial heat press or a cricut heat press to transfer the image The image will look duller on the paper but when you press it the colors will come outThe image will be mirrored on the paper so all you got to do is put it on the shirt and press itPlease research your heat press temps and time before pressing the image.
